The church dates to 1755, built by the founding fathers of My Lady's Manor. Each fall the Blessing of the Hounds is held here. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI wanted to paint this scene for a long time and held off, knowing that the hunt doesnt cross directly in front of the church - it's rather impossible...but, giving in to artistic license I let it happen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe expressions on the hounds and the riders came about on their own.
